Emma graduated from Utah Valley University with her Bachelor’s in Psychology, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Educational Doctorate in Sport and Performance Psychology at the University of Western States.

Emma draws inspiration from this mindset, incorporating aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing in her counseling approach. She empowers her clients to embrace their journeys with courage, fostering resilience and personal growth as they navigate challenges

Emma was born and raised in Utah, and enjoys the various activities that this state has to offer. She loves reading, mountain biking, water skiing, and spending time with her family and friends. Emma has a love for sports, whether it be watching, filming, and/or engaging in them with those she’s close with.
