Whether you're working through a specific challenge or want to strengthen your family's foundation, we're here to help you create lasting change together.
What to Expect:
Your first session focuses on understanding what's bringing your family in and what everyone is hoping to work through. Your therapist will ask about your family's history, current dynamics, and what you've already tried, so the approach fits your specific situation.
Regular sessions typically run about 50 minutes, usually weekly or every other week, either in person or by telehealth. Depending on what's being worked through, your therapist may meet with the whole family together, or with specific members individually as part of the process.
As you progress, your therapist will check in regularly to make sure the pace and approach still feel right, adjusting as needed.
